Benita
Fitzgerald Mosley, Former Director of U.S. Olympic Training Centers
Benita
Fitzgerald Mosley won a gold medal in the 100-meter hurdles in the 1984 Olympic
Games in Los Angeles, California. Benita was a member of the 1980 and 1984 U.S.
Olympic Teams and an alternate on the 1988 U.S. Olympic Team. She is the second
American, after Babe Didrickson, and the only African American woman to win an
Olympic gold medal in the 100 meter hurdles. Benita was also a gold medallist
in the 1983 Pan American Games, an eight-time national champion, and a 15-time
All American. In November 1977, Benita was promoted by the United States Olympic
Committee to serve in a dual role as Director of Olympic Training Centers and
Director of the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center. As Former Director of
Olympic Training Centers, Benita oversaw the ARCO Training Center in Chula Vista,
California; the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, New York; and the U.S.
Olympic Education Center at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan.
In addition, she develops other training opportunities for U.S. athletes both
domestically and internationally.
As a result of her many accomplishments,
Benita was recently named "Sportswoman of the Century" by The Potomac News,
a newspaper that covers the northern Virginia area. Benita was also listed #12
on Sports Illustrated's list of the "Top 50 Sports Figures of the Century from
Virginia. In 1991, she began her career in sports marketing and administration
as a Regional Director for Special Olympics International in Washington, D.C.
Beginning in 1993, Benita became Program Director for the marketing division of
the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.
Benita is a 1984 graduate
of the University of Tennessee in Industrial Engineering. Benita is past President
and Member of the Board of Stewards of the Women's Sports Foundation, an organization
that promotes opportunities for girls and women in sports and fitness through
education, advocacy, awards and grant programs.

Jane D. Adair, Ph.D.
A
lecturer at California State University, Long Beach in the Kineseology and Physical
Education Department, Dr. Adair is a specialist in the psycho-social aspect of
sport studies and presently teaches a course on Women in Sport. Dr. Adair has
taught a wide variety of courses in the sports field. She has taught courses in
sport psychology, sport sociology, sport history, sport management and sport law.
Dr. Adair received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts
and her M.Ed. and Ph.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
A long time Hatha Yoga practitioner, Dr. Adair also participates in basketball,
softball, volleyball, tennis and has recently added golf to her sporting activities.

Nichele
Hoskins
Since 1998, Ms. Hoskins has been the Fitness Editor for Heart
& Soul Magazine, a bi-monthly health, fitness and beauty magazine. As the
Fitness Editor, she assigns and edits fitness stories and works closely with fitness
writers and experts on fitness and exercise physiology.
She is certified
as a fitness instructor and personal trainer by the American College of Exercise
(ACE). Ms. Hoskins has experience teaching group fitness classes including low-impact
aerobics, step aerobics, group strength training classes, free dance and indoor
cycling.
A native of Savannah, Georgia. She attended Savannah State University
on full scholarship. In 1988 Ms. Hoskins graduated Magna cum laude with a B.A.
in Mass Communications. She went on to earn a Master's degree in journalism at
the University of Michigan. While there she concentrated on public health issues
and health-care delivery services to women, poor populations and people of color.

Nicole
Lascelle-Hornig
Athena Racing founder and president Nicole Lascelle-Horning
has more than 20 years of marketing, communications and journalism experience.
President of Magic Crown Athletics, Inc., a marketing communications company
that provides public relations and marketing support to a variety of sports clients,
Ms. Lascelle-Hornig began developing the Athena Racing model in the spring of
1999.
Well respected for her role as an advisor and public relations consultant
to some of North America's brightest racing talent, Lascelle-Hornig's experience
in motorsports extends throughout the ranks and includes work in Championship
Auto Racing Team's (CART) FedEx Champ Car series, as well as in Formula One. A
motorsports and sponsorship expert, Ms. Lascelle-Hornig was part of the public
relations team that assisted Teleglobe maximize their global involvement with
Formula One's newest entry, British American Racing Honda.
A freelance
sportswriter since the late 1970s Ms. Lascelle-Hornig has written for several
publications and broadcast media, including The Montreal Gazette and The
Canadian Press. From 1987 to 1995 Ms. Lascelle-Hornig was part of the marketing
communications team for Networks North, Inc. and was responsible for national
marketing efforts and end-user relations for the company's flagship product, the
NTN Interactive Network, the only interactive TV Network covering North America.
A mother of two girls, Alana, 9 and Lauren, 2, Lascelle-Hornig resides in a Montreal
suburb with husband and business partner, Frank Hornig.

Alyssa DiRienzo N.D.
A specialist in Naturopathic Medicine, Alyssa DiRienzo, N.D. is in
private practice at the Beverly Hills Posture and Rehabilitation Institute and
A Woman’s Time. She received her credentials in General Family Medicine from the
National College of Naturopathic Medicine. She attended the Institute of Women’s
Health and Integrative Medicine and received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and
Psychology from the University of Vermont.
