Terms And Conditions

This document describes your responsibilities and the terms and conditions for utilizing the SheLovesSports.Com website. This SheLovesSports.Com Use Agreement (“Agreement”) indicates that and viewers, members and users agree to the terms and conditions setforth. If you are not in agreement with these terms and conditions, you will not be granted to use the SheLovesSports.Com website.

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and SheLovesSports.Com. This agreement may be modified by SheLovesSports at any time by posting the new terms and conditions. Registered User’s will be notified via email of any changes and/or modifications and any changes will be announced to the User on the SheLovesSports.Com website. If the User continues to gain access to SheLovesSports.Com it will be deemed that the User understands and agrees with the new terms and conditions.

2. SheLovesSports.Com is a proprietary network which includes athletic scholarship information, products and services that are made available through at the discretion of the owners of She Loves Sports.Com to users and members who view, register or subscribe to the SheLovesSports.Com website.

3. Services available on SheLovesSports.com may be provided by third parties, as a result viewers, users and members may be subject to the terms and conditions in addition to those in this Agreement. Such terms and conditions are deemed to be in addition to the terms and conditions inherent to this Agreement as provided by SheLovesSports.Com unless stated elsewhere.

4. Member Privileges; Members acknowledge and agree that information collected about the Members is not a breach of Member’s right of privacy and that the members waives any and all claims or rights of action, whether foreseen or unforeseen as long as the Members information is used in accordance with SheLovesSports’ Private Policy Statement.

5. Third Party Information. Members understand SheLovesSports.Com is not responsible for any third party information, product or service that is available through a link to or from SheLovesSports.Com. Members further understands that any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused through or in connection with the use of or reliance on the content obtained through such a link is not the responsibility of SheLovesSports.Com. Further Members understand that their use of SheLovesSports.com is entirely at the viewers, members, and users own risk.

6. Damages. Members, viewers and users understand that under no circumstances is SheLovesSports.Com or any of its licensors, suppliers, agents, representatives, affiliates to be held liable for any loss of business, loss of information, loss of use, that may occur due to the inability of SheLovesSports.com to warranty accurate information, maintain a virus-free environment, and predict or foresee uninterrupted service and outages attributed to acts of God and or acts of governmental and regulatory authorities.

7. Member Limitations. Members, viewers, users agree not to transmit any information this is harmful to minors; solicit for commercial purposes, illegal activity, violates the rights of any person, unauthorized information usage of email addresses from other Members, viewers, users. Objectionable information pertaining to race, religion, age, gender, handicaps, and sexual orientation. Members further understand that false statements and identities are prohibited.

8. Proprietary Rights. SheLovesSports.Com shall retain, own all rights, and title to the SheLovesSports.Com brand and proprietary rights which include all copyright, trademark, service mark, patent intellectual property information displayed on SheLovesSports.Com.

9. Termination. SheLovesSports.Com reserves the right to terminate access for violations of the Terms and conditions Agreement. Termination will become effective at the sole discretion of SheLovesSports.Com for violations of the standards described within this document. Member, viewer, user will be notified in writing or by email of any breach of this agreement and shall cease to have access or use any of the content or information previously obtained from the SheLovesSports.com website.

10. Returns/Exchanges. If for any reason you are not happy with your product or service, contact SheLovesSports within 60 days to receive a full refund. All returned items must be accompanied by a RA (Return Authorization) number. SheLovesSports cannot be responsible for returned items without an accompanied RA number. Unless an item was found to be defective from the manufacturer the following changes will apply to all return items.
    • 20% restocking fee (minimum return fee is $7.50)
    • Customer is responsible for cost of shipping back
