Who We Are

SheLovesSports is a dynamic online platform featuring an empowering blend of content, commerce, and services geared toward active and performance-oriented girls and women, the fastest-growing segment of purchasers in the sporting goods market.

We address the traditionally underserved needs of female athletes from the novice to the elite, celebrating a new era where girls and women participate in sports in equal numbers. We believe girls and women in sports can embrace who they are, define their future, and change the world.

The expansion of the girls' and women's athletic market has created growing demand for information, programs, apparel, and expert guidance. She  Loves Sports is uniquely qualified to provide those resources.

Our team of experienced professionals responds to increasing demand for expert advice across scholarship information, athletic recruiting, NIL opportunities, mental health, athletic performance, sport-specific skill development, equipment, apparel, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle coaching.

Meet Our Founder, Sheila Weaver

Sheila Weaver is a Hall of Fame High School Volleyball Coach, All-Met Coach of the Year (Washington Post), Women's Sports Foundation Private Coach School of the Year, and a Volleyball Magazine cover honoree.

As a Coach, Consultant, Sports Mom, Trainer, and Administrator, Sheila has built a career helping student-athletes, parents, coaches, and administrators develop winning teams and thriving organizations.

She is the proud mother of NCAA Division I 3X All-American Champion Cheryl Weaver, and grandmother to 2025 NIL athlete Alexi Ewing, signed to play Division I Volleyball.

Sheila continues her work with strategic partners providing services across sports analytics, athlete capacity testing, athletic recruiting, event management, and emotional development, for players, parents, teams, and organizations

The Academic & Athletic Alliance (AAA)

SheLovesSports.com is not a nonprofit, but our sister organization — The Academic and Athletic Alliance — accepts donations to assist girls and women who need financial support to participate in sports.
The AAA is a 501(c)(3) founded in 1993 in Washington, DC.
