About the Event

Join us in our webinar:

Why you should use sport & physical activity to improve the lives of Women Tuesday 7 March @ 11am – 1pm - GM via Zoom

We know that from birth, women and girls face multiple barriers when trying to get active. Whether it’s a teenager not being able to access the right clothing to take part in exercise at school, or women experiencing social exclusion and homelessness - there are always obstacles preventing women and girls to get active, stay active and reap the many benefits provided by being regularly active.

Find out why we changed our approach, how we did it and why we're teaming up with This Girl Can to shine a light on the journey women and girls face when trying to get active!

Who is This Girl Can:

This Girl Can, a nationwide campaign to get more women and girls active, no matter what their age, shape or ability.

Who is Single Homeless Project:

Single Homeless Project is a London-wide charity. Our vision is of a society where everyone has a place to call home and the chance to live a fulfilling life.

We help single Londoners by preventing homelessness, providing support and accommodation, promoting wellbeing, enhancing opportunity, and being a voice for change.

From supporting people in crisis to helping people take the final steps towards independence and employment, we make a difference to 10,000 lives every year across all 32 boroughs.
